Solicitation is for a stabilization project on the Department of Energy's Savannah River Site near Aiken, SC. The work shall consist of mechanically stabilizing approximately 0.5 acre to minimize soil erosion and sediment production. The work shall include installing nine gabion structures for grade control, two corrugated metal pipe (CMP) with a concrete structure on each end, and installation of riprap and geotextile. SRS is a restricted access Government facility and all persons entering SRS must be U.S. citizens. (163)
