First article shall be required. Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall be used for this procurement. The solicitation shall be issued on or about 05 Jul 96. Award will be made on or about 28 Jul 96. All sources certified to MIL-I-45208 quality inspection may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by the agency.
