The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division intends to procure on a competitive basis, a Firm Fixed Price contract, for the following: Microwave System, used to transmit and receive video and audio to support the testing of military hardware. The video and audio will provide imagery and data critical for test control and range safety. The microwave system shall include transmitters, receivers, antennas, tripod, interface brackets and mounting plates reusable packing and transit cases, interconnect cables, and documentation. The system shall include 9 transmitters, 4 receivers, and 4 antennas with 24 inch reflectors. The system shall be tunable via switch selectable synthesizer from 7200 to 8300 MHz in 36 operator selectable selectable steps of 20 MHz; tuning tolerance shall be +/-0.005%. The total deviation shall be 8 MHz peak-to-peak; baseband frequency response shall be +/-0.5 dB from 3 HZ to 5 HZ, with 6 MHZ low pass filter; shall transmit 2 Watts CW minimum. The transmitter and receiver anntenna beam widths shall be 30 degrees 16 dB gain; video connector shall be BNC type. RF connectors shall be N type 50 ohm. All audio connectors shall be 3 pin XLR. Each transmitter, antenna, and associated mounting and interconnect hardware shall be contained in a single case and have a total combined weight of no more than 40 pounds. Each receiver antenna, and associated mounting and interconnect hardware shall be contained in a single case, and shall have a total combined weight of no more than 40 pounds. Each tripod shall be contained in its own case, and shall have a combined weight of no more than 40 pounds. Delivery shall be FOB Destination, China Lake, CA, 120 days after award of contract.
