The proposed contract is for the acquisition of hardware, software, installation, and technical support to integrate 400 fractional analog circuits into digital network that is compatible with existing configurations. The scope of the procurement is to identify the existing analog circuits at eight Navy sites; provide, integrate, and test the required hardware and software; successively add each of the eight sites onto the network; coordinate and manage the phased implementation plan; and provide documentation for financial and audit management of the network.
