Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) intends to purchase an integration system of supplies for all High Voltage requirements at PHENIX. A common communications network and interface is required to operate all supplies. This interface will be to a 6U VME module. The vendor will need to supply this VME module or suggest a readily available communication source. The power supplies shall be built in accordance with Brookhaven's detailed technical specification.
