Western Area Power Administration has an initial requirement for 20 numerical pilot distance relays. The solicitation will also include options for 40 additional relays. The relays will be used to protect Western's extra high voltage transmission lines. Items will be delivered FOB destination to Loveland, CO. This acquisition is unrestricted. All responsible bidders may submit a bid in response to this solicitation. This solicitation is scheduled for issuance on or about July 22, 1996 with bids due on or about August 27, 1996. All requests for the solicitation must be in writing and faxed to the contract specialist at (303) 275-1515.
