The Naval Command, Control and Ocean Surveillance Center Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation Division (NRaD) intends to negotiate on an unrestrictive full and open competitive basis a firm fixed price contract for a commercial off-the-shelf Attitude, Heading and Vertical Reference Sensor System. The system will be installed on a Hydrographic Survey Launch (HSL) and interfaced with a multibeam sonar system to perform Hydrographic surveys that meet International Hydrographic Organization (IHO) standards. The system shall consist of two GPS antennae, a compact Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) mounted in a sealed, water-tight case, IMU power supply (if required) and a ruggized processor for processing and interfacing with other equipment and systems aboard the HSL. Delivery will be required within 90 days after the contract award date. The required supplies will be delivered to the Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS.
