The Defense Mapping Agency intends to procure through full and open competition the Desktop Mapping and Geographic Information System (GIS). Major components of the system include four work stations, one server, two laser printers, one color scanner, and one photo quality color printer, two mapping and GIS application software programs, power equipment, and a local area network. The Desktop Mapping and GIS System will be composed of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) hardware and software. Integration and installation of the system is required. Training shall be provided on the operation of the system, and the application software programs. Included as an option will be additional training. Deliver to the port of Manila, Philippines, by approximately 60 calendar days after contract award. Installation, testing, and training at the Armed Forces of the Philippines Mapping Center (AFPMAC) shall be completed by approximately 120 days after contract award.
