U.S. Export Council for Renewable Energy (US/ECRE) invites submission of proposals from U.S. renewable energy and energy efficiency services companies for a project entitled, ``Renewable Energy Business Plan Development''. This solicitation seeks proposals for US/ECRE to provide grant awards for the development of business plans to create enterprises providing renewable energy products or services to energy consumers in Indonesia, Philippines and India. The intent of this RFP is to identify business ventures involving U.S. firms that would be eligible for financing by the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank other multilateral donor agencies, or private lenders. Additionally, we are seeking organizations or individuals that are committed to working with US/ECRE and these financing entities to secure financing for implementing the business plan. The funds required to implement the business plans being solicited are beyond the scope of this RFP. Individual grants to be provided by US/ECRE will be a maximum $20,000.00 or 50% of the grantee's estimated cost of developing a business plan. (165)
