The Purchasing and Contracting Branch at Marine Corps Combat Development Command, Quantico, Virginia, has a requirement for furnishing functional, technical, and limited maintenance support services, to include analysis of potential models and technologies, planning and execution of computer-assisted exercises, analysis and reporting of completed exercises, doctrinal research and training. Technical services shall assist in the life cycle support and operation of computer systems including simulations, models, operating and decision support systems and application software. Maintenance will include troubleshooting and limited repair/replacement and upgrades. An understanding of the Marine Corps and Joint Warfighting tactics, techniques, procedures and doctrine is essential for potential contractors.
