The Department of Health and Human Services has a requirement to build and refurbish existing highly sophisticated medical mobile examination centers which consist of custom built semi-truck trailers. All trailers will house many sensitive pieces of medical equipment and are to be transported to various sites in and around the United States for about six years without any damage to said equipment.
