Two systems are to be installed in the U.S. District Courthouse located in Moscow, Idaho, and one system is to be installed in the courthouse in Coeur D'Alene, Idaho. The work includes but is not limited to supply/fabrication/ testing and adjustment of audio equipment, preparation of an operations and maintenance manual, user training, warranty maintenance, and the repair and refinishing of all surfaces damaged during the installation of the system components and cabling. The contractor shall be able to respond on-site within 24 hours of a service call during warranty period and temporarily provide equivalent replacement equipment when immediate on-site reparis cannot be made. The contractor shall have calibrated test equipment of sufficient quality to jpermit repair and adjustment of system components to original manufacture specifications. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible bidder submitting the lowest-priced bid. This is an invitation for bids, the contract will be firm-fixed price. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Payment, performance, and bid bonds are required. Bids will be solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size.
