The place of performance of this contract will be at the United States Penitentiary, located in Atlanta, Georgia. The resulting contract from Solicitation IFB 131-0131 will be for one (1) base year with the possibility of four (4) unilaterally exercised option years. This will create the possibility of a five (5) year contract; however, the government is not obligated to exercise any of the option years. The proposed acquisition is a 100% set-aside for a small business concerns. All requests must be in writing. (166)
