(b) Maintain existing configuration control procedures for SIM II, incorporate software changes, prepare documentation upgrade packages to correspond with all software changes, modify support documentation, and develop/provide new reference versions of SIM II and SIM II related software. The highest required security level for the services is SECRET. Total estimated level of effort: 13,700 man-hours. Key Labor Category/ Hours: Configuration Management Specialist II - 9,000 man-hours.
