The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) requires new, remedial or reconstructed records management support services for all CDC facilities on an as needed basis. CDC facilities include Atlanta metro area, GA, Cincinnati OH, Hyattsville, MD, Morgantown WV and Research Triangle Park, NC. These support services must adhere to the requirements of established CDC records management standards and practices, administered by the Management Analysis and Services Office (MASO) - Management Analysis Branch (MAB) and may include, but not limited to, activities such as files station surveys, comprehensive records inventory, files maintenance and disposition and performance based training and information briefings. The type of contract anticipated is a firm-fixed price level-of-effort requirements type contract with a 12 month base year and four 12 month options.
