Appraisal services on an indefinite quantity of tracts of land and property rights located on the Olympic Peninsula, Whidbey Island, and at other locations within the State of Washington. Evaluation criteria will include: (1) proposed price for Schedule A, B, and C; (2) proposed price for updating for one, two and three years under Schedule D; (3) proposed price for court testimony and revisions, modifications, and additional work, under Schedule D. Technical evaluation criteria will include: (a) technical evaluation of the appraiser's resume, (education, knowledge, and experience); (b) experience in appraising similar type properties including scenic and farm properties; (c) experience and knowledge of the general and local area; (d) location of firm within the State of Washington; (e) court experience (being accepted as an expert witness) (may be included in resume); (f) past responsiveness to time, terms and conditions in preparation and submission of appraisal reports to clients; (g) and preparation and completeness of proposal. This proposed contract is a 100% Small Business/Labor Surplus Area Set-Aside. The Standard Industrial Code is 6531, ``Real Estate Agents and Managers''. The size standard is $1.0M.
