Base year beginning 1 October 1996 through 30 September 1997 and four option years for the following locations: Fort Bragg, NC; Fort Buchanan, PR; Fort Campbell, KY; Fort Carson, CO; Fort Dix, NJ; Fort Drum, NY; Fort Hamilton/Fort Totten, NY; Fort Hood, TX; Fort Irwin, CA; Fort Lewis, WA; Fort McCoy, WI; Fort Polk, LA; Fort Riley, KS; and Fort Stewart/Hunter Army Airfield, GA. Services shall include on-site inspection of each CDC and FCC in conjunction with the Major Command Child Care Evaluation Team (MCET). The contractor must understand the broad scope of facility/mechanical construction and maintenance.
