Services are to be performed Nationwide, including Washington, DC, Alaska, Hawaii; Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Bids are solicited for individual states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. The contract will be awarded for a base period of 12 months with four 12-month options.
