The curriculum should include the following courses: Public Management, Macro/Microeconomics, Managerial Accounting and Budgeting, Public Finance, Human Behavior and Leadership, Quantitative Methods I and II, Public Program Evaluation, Research Methods Project in Managerial Problem Solving, Computer Applications for Public Managers, Principles of Procurement and Federal Assistance, and Microcomputer Workshop for Public Managers. Classroom space for the Washington DC metropolitan area will be provided by DoD. The class room space for the Norfolk, VA, Honolulu, HI and optional locations shall be provided by the contractor. The classes will be taught in the evening hours. Library and computer facilities are to be provided by the contractor. The contract will cover three (3) groups of DoD students, with the first group to begin in January 1997, the second in January 1998 and the third in January 1999.
