Award will be for a base year beginning 1 OCT 1996, and will contain two, one year options to be exercised on a fiscal year basis. The contractor must be a United States domestic accredited institution of higher learning with a graduate degree program in education. All professors are to be experienced and qualified university academic faculty with credentials that meet university standards. The focus of the courses will concentrate on the technology of writing skills, mathematics manipulatives, and inclusive education. Enrollees will receive graduate level credit at course completion.
