The transports may be one-way or include a return trip. Patient will be picked up at Naval Hospital, Branch Clinic, Puget Sound Naval Ship- Yard, Bremerton, WA. Delivery areas may include, but are not limited to, Harrison Hospital and Diagnostic Facilities, Bremerton, WA; Naval Hospital, Oak Harbor; Madigan Army Hospital, Fort Lewis; and Seattle area hospitals. A one year firm fixed price requirements contract with four one year options is anticipated. The base year performance period is 3/1/97 through 2/28/98. The evaluation criteria will will include the contractor's past performance. This is an unrestricted solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
