The General Services Administration (GSA), Transportation Management Branch (6FBX), is soliciting rate offers for the movement of first proviso household goods shipments to include move management services and transportation services. Rate offers are requested from carriers approved in the GSA Centralized Household Goods Transportation Management Program (CHAMP) and who are responsible carrier's holding the appropriate authorities capable of providing transportation services and move management services for the relocation of Federal employees household goods between the Continental United States and International points.
