Contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supplies, maintenance and replacement parts for copier service (excluding paper) at Defense Distribution Region West, Sharpe Facility in Lathrop CA and Tracy Facility in Tracy CA and Rough & Ready Island, Stockton CA. Contract will be cost per copy for 160 copier machines with Volume Bands I, II, III and IV. Copiers being offered shall be current production or being manufactured as new equipment. Discontinued models being offered as remanufactured equipment are not acceptable. Contractor shall provide training for key copier operators. Period of performance shall be for a Base Year starting October 1, 1996 thru September 30, 1997 plus four option years.
