a new leased building of 5,173 gross square feet on a minimum site
size of 47,257 square feet. Offerors will be required to acquire the
site, construct the specified building and upon completion, agree to
execute a lease with the Postal Service for the entire property. Any
award made under this solicitation will be made to the responsible
offeror who provides the best overall value to the Postal Service. This
is not a sealed bid advertisement and proposals will not be publicly
opened. Solicitation packages will be available on or about June 14,
1996 for a $50.00 non-refundable fee. Forward cashier's check or money
order, made out to ``USPS Disbursing Officer,'' to A&D Draft Aid Inc.,
1145 Bannock St., Denver, CO 80204-3628 (one check per solicitation).
