The new construction will include two 3-story and two 4-story load bearing masonry structures, with precast hollow core floor slabs and cold formed structuralsteel roof trusses. The new construction also includes a 2-story commons building with similar construction systems. The roof will be asphalt shingles on plywood deck on corrugated steel deck. The work includes a new parking log, landscaping andassociated hard scape work. The demolition work includes miscellaneous removal and disposal of asbestos and lead paint.
