The building will have approximately 27,000 gross SF of floor space with 5000 SF of covered exterior area. Construction features include site work, steel frame construction, masonry veneer over metal studs, modified bitumen roofing, electrical, HVAC, concrete, carpentry, painting, glass storefront, plumbing, insulation, gyp board, landscaping and other work associated with Postal construction. The estimated cost of this project is between $2,500,000 and $3,000,000 with completion within 330 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
