Colbert (502) 798-7566 (Site Code DAKF23) Construct 3,500 square foot Sand Blast Facility with pre-engineered structure, foundations, site work, base concrete pad at doors, floor hardening, building perimeter curbs, translucent panel, and insulation. Install fire extinguisher system, eyewash and exhaust system for emergency protection and safety. Install government-furnished equipment such as compressor and sandblaster/vacuum. Provide service entrance, meter, transformers, and service equipment for incoming power supply to the new premises. Install interior electrical wiring, including lighting and power outlets. Provide new ground station complete with grounding per NEC 1996. Operational check and test systems following complete installation. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1542. Small business size standard is average annual receipts of a concern and all affiliates over the preceding three fiscal years cannot exceed $17 million. Period of performance for completion of the project is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is unrestricted. Estimated range of the project is $250,000 to $500,000. Award of the contract is subject to statutory cost limitation for the base item.
