Building construction consists of a high-bay workroom (one-story with elevated observation walkway), and a one story retail and support module. Construction systems include load-bearing masonry, brick faced cavity walls with CMU back-up, steel frame with built-up asphalt and standing seam metal roof systems, and light gage metal stud interior partition systems. The facility is full heated, air-conditioned, and fire suppressed in large storage rooms, and all other necessary work to make a complete and acceptable job. The estimated price range is between $1,200,000.00 and $1,500,000.00 with completion within 270 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
