The work also includes abatement of certain asbestos containing materials and lead-basedpaint, interior and exterior dwelling unit selective demolition, landscaping and turf restoration, new asphalt shingles, new rain drainage, aluminum fascia and aluminum vented soffit systems, new exterior windows, new exterior and interior doors, somenew frames, new exterior wall finishes with trim, demolition of storage sheds, replacement of concrete patios and stoops, complete kitchen and bath renovation, partial floor plan reconfigurations utilizing wood frame construction with gypsum wallboard,new floor finishes, painting, new window treatments, new mailboxes and house numbers, new gas-fired forced air furnace systems with central air conditioning, new electrical systems including but not limited to new exterior and interior fixtures, wiringswitches, panels, circuit breakers, outlets, and conduit, new plumbing fixtures and piping, new water heaters and incidental related work.
