This solicitation is to establish an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that includes, but not limited to, demolition of existing asphalt and portland cement concrete pavements, adjusting utility structures such as manholes, street valves and drop inlets, earthwork for roadways, sidewalks, driveways and curbs, excavating and backfilling utility trenches, hot-mixed asphalt for airfields, heliports, and heavy-duty pavements, concrete sidewalks, curbs and gutters, spall repair of rigid airfield pavements, joint and crack sealant for rigid and flexible pavements, shoulder ballast, hot-mixed asphalt pavement for roads, streets, driveways, parking lots, and open storage areas, paving fabric, bituminous surface treatments, asphalt slurry seal, pavement repairs, cold milling of asphalt pavement, and limited landscape/restoration work. Awarded contract shall contain a base year plus four option years. Each year contains a guaranteed minimum of $80,000.00 and total maximum of $1.6 million. The performance period will be 365 calendar days for the base year and 365 for each option year. Individual delivery orders shall be placed utilizing items from the bid schedule. Delivery orders may include the work in restricted or controlled areas. Government furnished materials are not included. The standard industrial classification code is 1611.
