Scope of Work (inclusive or alternates) consists of but is not strictly limited to provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to replace the existing steam pipe heating system with hydronic hot water piping system by installing addition to the above, all asbestos found in the insulation of exposed pipes and equipment shall be removed in accordance with contract document requirements. All construction work shall be performed without disrupting work in the building by maintaining comfortable temperature in the building as indicated in the specifications. The completion time for this project is two hundred and sixty (260) calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed. Estimated cost range between is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Specifications will be available on or about May 30, 1996. A Pre-Proposal conference will be scheduled prior to the bid opening date.
