The work consists of providing all labor, material, equipment and services to provide a complete and integral Access Control System to monitor: doors (61); parking lot; provide card readers in elevators (8); and, provide A Closed Circuit Television System to include 30 cameras; 6 video monitors; 2 key pads. The system shall be an integral system using pre-planned design using standard hardware and software modules; and shall be able to provide access control, monitoring, video badging/verification, close circuit video system control and viewing. OFFEROR MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN SECURITY SYSTEM WORK AND PRIMARILY ENGAGED IN THIS LINE FOR A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) YEARS AND WHO, IN ADDITION, SHALL HAVE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED AT LEAST THREE (3) PROJECTS OF SIMILAR SIZE AND SCOPE.
