Award will be based on price and other non-priced factors which may include, but are not limited to; Relevant Experience, Project Staffing, Work Plan, Subcontracting Plan and Past Performance. Requests for Plans and Specifications must be made in writing accompanied with a check in the amount of $65.00 made payable to the order of US Treasury c/o EFA Chesapeake, mailed or delivered to the above address.
