SYNOPSIS - This work includes the provision of necessary labor, transportation, materials, supplies, equipment and supervision for the repair and renovation of Building 2084. The work includes demolition and removal of railroad tracks, building materials, mechanical and electrical systems; removal and disposal of asbestos materials; excavation and earth work; seeding and mulching; provision for concrete work, masonry work, structural steel, metal fabrications, carpentry, insulation, firestopping, sealants, doors and frames, finish hardware, glazing, metal support systems, gypsum board, ceramic tile, floor coverings and finishes, suspended ceilings, tile flooring, carpeting, painting, toilet partitions, signs, toilet accessories and mail boxes, cabinets, blinds, systems furniture workstations, plumbing systems, steam systems and terminal units, refrigerant piping, air conditioning systems, air handling systems, ductwork and accessories, control systems, testing, adjusting and balancing HVAC systems, overhead electrical work, interior wiring systems, interior and exterior lighting, fire alarm systems and incidental related work at the Crane Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane IN.
