Work includes demolition of the existing fan rooms with supply fans and indicated ductwork. The new system to be provided includes ductwork, air handling units, electrical chiller, ice storage tanks, electrical work and miscellaneous piping, pumps, masonry and other items as indicated. The work also includes abatement of asbestos containing materials. Estimated cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. Pursuant to PL 100-656, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, this solicitation is classified as unrestricted. Requests for copies of this proposed procurement should be submitted IN WRITING, state the solicitation number and provide complete name, address, phone number and business size of the requestor.
