SYNOPSIS - This work includes the provision of necessary labor, transportation, materials, supplies, equipment and supervision for the addition of a pre-fabricated metal building to the existing Building 3211. Work requires shall include earthwork, site grading, concrete foundations and building slab; pre-fabricated metal building columns, beams, girts, roof panels, wall panels and ceiling panels; batt insulation, metal stud partition walls with painted gypsum board, interior painted gypsum board wall finish acoustical ceiling, carpet, vinyl floor tile, metal doors and finish hardware, aluminum windows; mechanical systems with air conditioning, furnace, ductwork and piping; electrical systems with interior lighting, wiring and panelboards; site cleanup and incidental related work at the Crane Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane IN. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1541. The related Small Business Size Standard is 17 million. Completion time is 150 days after award.
