The scope of this contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to perform all construction, maintenance and restoration items included in contract documents when definite in specific delivery order documents. Work to be performed consists of the complete removal of existing roof systems, finishes and associated components and the installation of new metal roof systems, finishes and associated components on various buildings located at Tyndall AFB, Florida. Work may be performed in controlled or restricted areas. The estimated maximum contract cost is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 per contract year. The guaranteed minimum contract amount is $25,000.00. The resultant firm fixed-price contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base year (365) calendar days and two option years. The period of construction for each delivery order will be determined as 16 squares per day plus ten (10) days mobilization. This acquisition is unrestricted.
