Lucas, Contracting Officer, (907)384-7104 or via facsimile (907)384-7112 (Site Code DAHC76) The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and perform all work (including work of an incidental nature) detailed in the specifications and drawings to repair roofs on Barrack Buildings 3411, 3413, and 3415 at Fort Wainwright, Alaska, Two (2) options are also included to repair Buildings 3417 and 3419, Fort Wainwright. The work shall include, but not be limited to, the following: demolition, installation of modified bitumen roofing, to include cap sheet over tapered insulation, metal flashing, construct parapet walls, install roof drains and connect to existing roof drainage system, refurbish existing roof drains, and replumb existing drainage system to provide overflow drainage. The project is estimated to be completed by 01 October 1998. The proposed procurement listed herein is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (P. L. 100-656). The applicable SIC Code is 1761. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
