The work to be performed includes the following principal features: remove existing boiler multizone air handling unit and some existing duct. Remove new boiler, air handling unit (VAV), chilled water piping, heating water piping, ductwork (medium pressure and low pressure), VAV boxes, return air fan, grilles and registers. Remove and replace HVAC control system for items mentioned above. Provide electrical equipment and materials as indicated in the plans, as specified herein, as required by particular conditions at the site, and as required to conform to the specified standards and codes in order to complete the electrical systems in a neat and satisfactory manner. The foregoing outline of principal features does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all materials required or associated with this type of work. The estimated issue date for this project is 9 July 1996. A non-refundable fee of $25.00 will be charged for each bid package requested by a bidder. Such fees shall be in the form of a check or postal money order payable to the US Treasury and mailed to Directorate of Contracting, Attn: Contract Support Division (Laurie Wheeler), PO Box 33189, Fort Sill OK 73503-0189. This project is unrestricted and ranges between $100,000 and $250,000. (169)
