The work inlcudes removal and replacement of walls, ceiling and flooring to allow installation of new HVAC equipment. The work also includes coring and cutting through concrete and concrete block walls and removing steel supports for roof mounted equipment. A solicitation will be issued on on about 12 Jul 96 in compliance with Public Law 100-656, Business Opportunity Development Program Act of 1988, establishing a test of unrestricted competition.
