Work consists of repairing storm damage to five buildings and includes replacing metal doors and frames, painting exterior and interiors of buildings, repairing traffic decks on building roofs, removing sand and debris from building interiors, removing damaged windows and louvers and fill in openings with concrete masonry, providing new acoustical ceilings, providing new composition tile flooring, replacing wood roof platforms. Performance period is 180 calendar days. Estimated dollar range is between $250,000 and $500,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
