Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and supervision for the design of alterations and repairs to the existing feeder from A Street to Building 1173 which includes 1) Removing existing power pole and replacing with new pole; 2) Removing existing lead sheathed 15kV underground feeder; 3) Installing new pad mounted switches near existing manholes; 4) Installing two new 15kV parallel underground feeders; and 5) Installing feeders to building served by switches at McChord AFB, Washington. The magnitude of this construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. Solicitation will be issued on or about 09 Jul 96 with a bid opening date of on or about 08 Aug 96. This proposed solicitation is unrestricted. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1623 with an average annual gross revenue of $17.0 Million for the last three (3) fiscal years.
