The work to be performed includes the following principal features: remove existing boiler (1982-83 addition), chiller, cooling tower and condensing water pump. Remove new boiler, air cooled chiller, chilled water piping, air handling units (2), manual change-over valves and fire dampers. Remove and replace HVAC control system for items mentioned above. The foregoing outline of principal features does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all materials required or associated with this type of work. The estimated issue date for this project is 10 July 1996. A non-refundable fee of $25.00 will be charged for each bid package requested by a bidder. Such fees shall be in in the form of a check or postal money order payable to the US Treasury and mailed to Directorate of Contracting, Attn: Contract Support Division (Laurie Wheeler), PO Box 33189, Fort Sill OK 73503-0189.
