PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE - Renovate Building 668. Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, and labor required to renovate Building 668. Work includes but is not limited to complete renovation of interior and exterior of Building 668, replacing existing flat roof with new standing seam metal pitched roof and renovation of electrical and mechanical system at Grissom ARB IN by means of a firm fixed price type contract. Performance period will be for 270 calendar days, commencing 10 calendar days after award. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
