Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to construct HEMP hardened conduit through the roof of a concrete building, constructing a EHF antenna support shelter, and weather proof passageway on the roof on same building. The contractor shall provide lightning and grounding for the new facilities and all other work as specified in strict accordance with Technical Provisions and Drawings for EGYN 913002R1. The work is in a security restricted area. Work shall be accomplished at Cavalier AFS, ND. The performance period shall be 150 calendar days after the date of notice to proceed. Plans and specifications will be issued in hard copy. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This action is being issued unrestricted.
