Description: Work consists of providing all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, quality control and supervision necessary to replace seven existing transformers located in various areas in Capehart Housing at Malmstrom AFB MT. Invitation for Bid will be issued on or about 3 July 96. Bid Opening will be on or about 1 Aug 96. Performance period is 45 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Only written request for the solicitation will be considered.
