The work consists of removing deteriorated asphalt-cement concrete roadway pavement, regrading the vertical alignment, rebuilding the roadway to a new wider roadway with new base course, new asphalt-cement concrete surface, new curb and gutter, and new storm sewer. The project also includes digouts for poor subgrade, utility adjustments, filter fabric, sidewalk, seeding and striping on Ellsworth AFB, SD. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The standard industrial classification code is 1611. The performance period is 365 days.
