Service and materials to provide hot line maintenance for software CCC/Impact Manager System (9 Users) hosted on a VAX 4000/200. Maintenance services shall include: telephone support by trained specialists during normal business hours (0630-1800 EST), distribution of technical information about the product to the customer, distribution of new releases for correcting problems or to meet compatibility of new releases of the open VMS operating system, regular periodic status reports covering the financial and administrative status of this contract, on a monthly basis. Reports may be provided in the contractor's format, and shall not be obligated to correct all errors reported but will respond to error reports by supporting product licensee with alternate procedures to bypass errors which are not correct. Furthermore, the contractor will ensure licensor will take all error reports into consideration when licensor generates new software releases. Maintenance coverage shall be for the period 96 Aug 15 thru 97 Aug 14. (0171)
