Install hot water recirculating loop with small pump in basement, connecting to all principle hot water risers. Rework hot water supply lines to provide suitable sizes due to current distribution requirements. Provide gas line from Montoya FB/USPO thru tunnel to Courthouse. Remove and store window, and install combustion air louver. Provide 1 hour enclosure with door for water heater. Remove and discard janitors sink not in use to make room for water heater. Provide venting from water heater up through existing chimney to roof. Provide associated electrical work and conncections. Estimated cost range $25,000 - $100,000.
