The structure will be slab on grade with concrete masonry unit with stucco exterior walls. The structure will measure 24 ft by 52 ft with a standing seam metal roof. The interiors will be gypsum drywall on wood studs construction with built-in storage units for artifact storage. The structure will be heated and cooled with heat pumps.
